- Booking & Acceptance
All photography sessions are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation by the photographer.
The photographer reserves the right to accept or decline bookings at their discretion, in accordance with applicable law.
- Artistic Style & Business Considerations
By booking a session, the client acknowledges familiarity with the photographer’s portfolio, style, and approach.
The photographer reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if it does not align with their artistic direction, brand positioning, or internal business considerations.
- Vouchers & Gift Cards
Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used for the services specified.
Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher.
In the event that the photographer is unable to provide the service for any reason, the voucher amount will be fully refunded.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash unless legally required.
- Right to Refuse Service
The photographer reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at any stage if:
The session request falls outside the scope of services offered.
There is a conflict with the photographer’s availability, capacity, or business model.
There is a breakdown of professional communication or trust.
In such cases, any amounts already paid will be fully refunded, and no further claims may be made.
- Refund Policy
If the photographer cancels a session or declines a booking after payment, the client is entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.
No additional compensation, damages, or claims may be asserted beyond the refund of the paid amount.
- Limitation of Liability
The photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
The photographer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria.
- Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session or purchasing a voucher, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
9. Studio Rules & Safety
The Wonderbel studio is a child- and newborn-focused space designed for comfort and safety.
Clients agree to:
Follow the photographer’s guidance at all times, especially during newborn sessions
Supervise children at all times unless otherwise instructed
Respect studio equipment, props, furniture, and surfaces
For safety and hygiene reasons:
Shoes may be removed inside the studio
Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas
Only agreed participants may attend the session
10. Responsibility for Damage
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or accompanying persons (including children) to:
Studio furniture
Props, accessories, wraps, outfits
Photography equipment
Studio interior or exterior
In case of damage, Wonderbel reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
11. Accidents & Personal Belongings
While Wonderbel takes every reasonable measure to ensure a safe environment, clients attend sessions at their own risk.
Wonderbel is not responsible for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio
Accidents caused by failure to follow instructions
Injuries resulting from unsupervised children
12. Session Duration & Punctuality
Session times are approximate and may vary, especially for newborn sessions, where the baby’s needs always come first.
Late arrival may result in a shortened session without price reduction.
